Every item we sell is fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the product. TrailFlex/RMK will repair or replace (at our discretion) any product that is found to be defective to the original owner. Our guarantee applies when the product has been used under normal conditions for the purpose intended. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or use including misuse as a safety harness, which could result in an accident causing serious injury or death, negligence, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over time are not covered under this guarantee. Any repairs or alterations done by someone other than TrailFlex/RMK will void the lifetime guarantee. The lifetime guarantee does not include coverage for personal belongings that have been stored in TrailFlex/RMK packs or accessories. For guarantee evaluation, defective items must be returned along with your name, address, phone number and a brief description of the defect to:
